Prices and payment

Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

Return Policy

Your right of return (the return period) is valid for 30 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you want to use your right of return. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the purchase applies to a custom-made item – or a product that has a clear personal touch, the return period starts on the day we provided information.

Once you have used your right of return:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of return.


The delivery time is on average 5 working days in the EU. 

Not recovered packages:
Your goods will remain at the post office for up to two weeks. Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping and handling fee, currently SEK 150.


Returns in Sweden are free if you use the return slip provided in your Alma och Olmo box. Returns from other countries are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. In the event of a change we pay the new freight from us to you.

Once you have used your right of return, you must send or return the item to us immediately.

Refund Obligation:

If you have used your right of return, we will refund what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the returned goods. In Sweden you may use the provided return label to return your product(s) for free. From other countries than Sweden, you have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement products.
